Role purpose and setting

Access and student safety

• Monitor school entry and exit points, verify visitors, manage visitor registration and passes, and prevent unauthorized entry.
• Monitor student entry and dismissal and ensure students leave only with authorized persons according to school policy.
• Maintain a visible security presence in corridors, entrances, playgrounds, parking areas, and other designated locations.
• Report suspicious behavior, bullying, security concerns, or risks to the appropriate school authority.

Campus security and emergencies

• Patrol school buildings, playgrounds, parking areas, and surrounding premises; check gates, doors, windows, fences, and restricted areas.
• Monitor CCTV where assigned and report suspicious activity, equipment malfunctions, theft, vandalism, damage, or unusual activity.
• Respond to emergencies, alarms, accidents, and security incidents; assist with evacuations and guide people to assembly points.
• Follow emergency, fire safety, and crisis procedures; report hazards and threats and keep emergency routes and equipment unobstructed.
• Participate in security briefings, emergency drills, and relevant safety training.

Traffic, records, and communication

• Assist with traffic flow during opening and closing hours and support safe movement of buses, parent vehicles, and delivery vehicles.
• Maintain visitor, vehicle, incident, patrol, and daily security records; promptly report breaches, accidents, suspicious activity, and policy violations.
• Communicate with the Security Supervisor, school administration, teachers, and relevant staff; protect confidential information.

Pay

• Pay is QAR 1,300–2,500 per month.

Work location

• Work is in person at the school campus.

• Maintain confidentiality regarding students, staff, visitors, and school operations.
