Security operations and customer service
- Conduct visible patrols of internal, external, front-of-house and back-of-house areas.
- Follow Assignment Instructions, post orders, site procedures and escalation routes.
- Respond to incidents, alarms and assistance requests; help prevent crime, antisocial behaviour and disruption.
- Communicate calmly and work with the control room, supervisors, emergency services and centre teams.
- Report hazards, suspicious activity and incidents; complete accurate reports and statements.
Safety, compliance and development
- Comply with legal, regulatory, health and safety, security and site-specific requirements.
- Use radios, site technology and reporting systems effectively; complete required training.
- Maintain role competence, professional standards and information security; report security incidents.
- Maintain a clean, serviceable uniform and PPE, and meet company presentation standards.
Candidate requirements
- Valid SIA Security Guarding or Door Supervisor licence, or willingness to maintain the required licence.
- Previous security, retail, customer service or facilities experience is desirable.
- Confident communication, calm customer-focused conduct, alertness and initiative.
- Attention to detail, accurate record keeping, reliability, flexibility and teamwork.
Pay
