Hours
- Monday to Friday, 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., 40 hours per week with a half-hour unpaid lunch.
- Every third Saturday, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.; paid overtime and remote working.
Location and work arrangement
- The listed work location is Mitie Offices, T2 Trinity Park, Bickenhill Lane, Birmingham.
- Flexibility and remote working are to be arranged; Saturday work is remote.
Role overview
Join Mitie’s Retail Cleaning Compliance team and work with regional retail cleaning teams.
Support contract KPI performance through reporting and data management, helping improve operational performance and compliance using internal and client systems.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with regional teams to resolve Asset, PPM and remedial issues and promote best practices.
- Monitor and support performance tools to improve service delivery and compliance.
- Produce timely, accurate PPM reports using QFM CAFM system data.
- Present monthly PPM statistics to management in tabular and graphical formats.
- Engage with senior managers across the portfolio.
- Support development and validation of data governance frameworks, policies and standards.
- Provide the Compliance Team Manager with feedback on data and process issues.
Required qualifications and skills
- Strong understanding of asset data and business systems.
- Advanced IT proficiency, especially in Microsoft Office and Excel.
- Skilled in data management and analysis, including organising and manipulating complex datasets.
