Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage patrols, access control, surveillance, emergency response, and security systems including CCTV, key control, and alarms.
• Lead incident response; maintain fire and life safety, evacuation, emergency preparedness, and crisis management procedures.
• Assess security risks and plan coverage for events and VIP visits; manage security contractors, providers, and contracts.
• Maintain incident and investigation records and lost-and-found procedures; ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi requirements.
• Train and support staff in security awareness, emergency drills, and best practices.

Experience and Skills

• Minimum 3–5 years of security experience; hospitality experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, risk assessment, fire and life safety, and emergency response.
• Experience working with Saudi police, the General Directorate of Civil Defense, and other government entities.
• Ability to manage security teams, contractors, and budgets; strong problem-solving, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
• Saudi national status is preferred in line with localization requirements.
