Security Managed Services Specialist

Role

Responsibilities

• Lead daily cybersecurity engineering operations across network security, endpoint security, IAM, and vulnerability management.
• Manage and mentor cybersecurity professionals, providing guidance and technical oversight.
• Design and implement security measures to protect sensitive data and systems and meet industry standards.
• Drive cyber transformation and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards for regulatory compliance.
• Lead incident response and timely remediation of vulnerabilities and risks.
• Integrate security into operational processes and new technology deployments with cross-functional teams.
• Present progress and operational reports to clients and align work to security objectives and business goals.
• Protect critical services and infrastructure; stay current on threats and recommend improvements.
• Lead or participate in audits, security reviews, and regulatory compliance activities.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years of cybersecurity operations, engineering, and transformation experience.
• Expertise in network security, endpoint security, vulnerability management, and IAM.
• Experience managing and mentoring cybersecurity teams.
• In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and regulatory requirements such as NIST, ISO, SAMA, and NCA.
• Hands-on experience with firewalls, proxies, email gateways, EDR, SIEM, IAM platforms, and vulnerability management systems.
• Ability to communicate with clients, present reports, resolve concerns, and provide recommendations.
• Problem-solving skills and incident management and response experience.
• Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders, plus multitasking and time-management ability.

Preferred certifications

• CISSP, CISM, CEH, or another relevant cybersecurity certification is preferred.
