Role Description

  • This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role located in Doha, Qatar.
  • The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules and correspondence, ensuring efficient workflow, and assisting with company secretarial duties.
  • Additional duties include liaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting executives in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth business operations.
  • Proficiency in clerical and administrative skills, including document management and scheduling
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
  • Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with professional correspondence
  • **English, with Arabic language proficiency is must.**
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in financial, legal or advisory services is an added benefit
