Bilingual Secretary

- ๐ฏ Key Responsibilities:
- โ Organize and schedule appointments
- โ Plan meetings and take detailed minutes
- โ Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, and forms
- โ Assist in preparing regular reports
- โ Develop and maintain an organized filing system
- โ Procedural follow-ups with regulatory bodies
- ๐ Requirements:
- Strong communicative skills in
Arabic & English
- language
- 1-2 years of experience in a secretarial/admin role
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong time management and prioritization skills
- High attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Law / Accounting background

Role Description
- This is a full-time, on-site Secretary role located in Doha, Qatar.
- The Secretary will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing schedules and correspondence, ensuring efficient workflow, and assisting with company secretarial duties.
- Additional duties include liaising with clients and stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, and supporting executives in day-to-day activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Proficiency in clerical and administrative skills, including document management and scheduling
- Strong communication and customer service abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal teams
- Experience in company secretarial work and executive administrative assistance
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively
- Proficiency in common office software (e.g., MS Office) and familiarity with professional correspondence
- **English, with Arabic language proficiency is must.**
- Bachelorโs degree or equivalent
- Experience in financial, legal or advisory services is an added benefit
