Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily administrative and office tasks
- Prepare and maintain documents and reports
- Answer calls and respond to emails professionally
- Coordinate with staff and different departments
- Maintain filing systems and office records
- Support management with administrative duties
Requirements
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial work
- Good communication skills in English
- Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Well-organized with a professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
