About This Role

IMMEDIATE REQUIREMENT!!!

***Actively hiring for Secretary locally in Doha (Qatar).***

**LANGUAGE**: English (Required)

**Experience**: At least 1 years of experience with experience in inventory and administration.

**Additional Requirements**: Ready to join immediately.

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily administrative and office tasks
  • Prepare and maintain documents and reports
  • Answer calls and respond to emails professionally
  • Coordinate with staff and different departments
  • Maintain filing systems and office records
  • Support management with administrative duties

Requirements

  • Previous experience in administrative or secretarial work
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Well-organized with a professional attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
