Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Secretary at Abdulla AlSulaiti Law Firm, located in Doha, Qatar.
The Secretary will manage clerical and administrative tasks, provide executive-level administrative assistance, handle correspondence, and schedule appointments.
Additional responsibilities include delivering excellent customer service, coordinating meetings, maintaining filing systems, and supporting company secretarial tasks as needed.
The role requires maintaining confidentiality and ensuring the office operates efficiently.
Qualifications
- Strong clerical and administrative skills, including managing files, scheduling, and maintaining organization
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate smooth interaction with clients and team members
- Ability to perform company secretarial work, including document preparation and adherence to legal requirements
- Experience in executive administrative assistance and providing support for high-level executives
- Proven customer service skills to address inquiries and foster positive client relationships
- Proficiency in office software applications and the ability to adapt to new tools
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational abilities, and an attention to detail
- Previous experience in the legal industry is an advantage
- Language Arabic and English
