Seafood Retail Operations Executive

As a Seafood Retail Operations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of seafood retail stores, ensuring excellent customer service, managing inventory, ensuring product quality, and driving sales growth.

You will work closely with the management team to ensure operational efficiency, compliance with health and safety standards, and the smooth delivery of seafood products to customers.

· Oversee and manage the daily operations of the seafood retail store, ensuring efficient workflow.

· Supervise store staff and assist in the training and development of team members.

· Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

· Monitor stock levels to ensure proper stock availability and prevent overstocking or stockouts.

· Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of fresh seafood and other products.

· Implement stock rotation practices to maintain product quality and minimize waste.

· Ensure exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries, and resolving any issues or complaints promptly.

· Maintain a customer-friendly atmosphere and promote upselling opportunities.

· Monitor sales performance and suggest strategies to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction.

· Collaborate with the team to develop recipes, create seafood specials, and provide expertise on seafood preparation techniques.

· Analyze sales trends, track customer preferences, and adjust product offerings accordingly.

· Support marketing and promotional campaigns within the retail environment.

· Ensure that all seafood products are displayed attractively and meet quality standards.

· Maintain cleanliness and organization of seafood displays, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

· Implement regular checks for product freshness and report any issues to management.

· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations regarding seafood handling, storage, and sales.

· Prepare and submit regular operational reports to senior management.

· Work closely with the marketing, procurement, and supply chain teams to ensure the timely delivery of products and to streamline operations.

· Foster a positive working environment and encourage teamwork among staff members.

· Perform other duties as assigned by line manager.

Pay: AED1,934.20 - AED7,793.47 per month
