Role overview

Responsibilities

• Lead Scrum and Agile adoption and facilitate Agile ceremonies.
• Track team progress, metrics, risks, impediments, and dependencies; facilitate decisions and problem-solving.
• Drive workflow improvements and promote collaboration among development teams, Product Owners, project managers, and stakeholders.
• Prepare status updates, progress reports, and performance metrics; use Jira and collaboration platforms such as Slack.
• Coordinate monitoring of project financial processes and alignment with project plans.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile practices and delivery.
• Support product roadmaps and release planning; define cross-functional KPIs and standardize Scrum processes and workflows.
• Support change management, Agile maturity, and scalable framework adoption; foster transparent, psychologically safe, accountable teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
• At least 8 years of experience in Scrum and Agile environments, including at least 2 years in a directly relevant Scrum Master role.
• Strong understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and continuous improvement; experience facilitating ceremonies, managing impediments, and improving delivery performance.
• Hands-on Jira experience and familiarity with collaboration tools such as Slack.
• Strong technical background and ability to collaborate with software development teams.
• Experience with Agile metrics, workflow optimization, risk management, and stakeholder reporting.
• DAC or ICP-ACC certifications are preferred; SAFe Leadership certification or a higher-level equivalent is also listed as preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, facilitation, coaching, problem-solving, collaboration, leadership, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
