Scrum Master joins the technology team to facilitate Agile delivery and help teams accelerate business value.
The role works with cross-functional teams, multiple product owners, managers, development leads, and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate release planning, sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Ensure Scrum methods are consistently understood and applied; remove impediments and guide process improvements.
- Support clear sprint standards, team accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Support platform-team deliverable quality and timeliness; foster team development and feedback.
- Coordinate capacity planning and resource allocation with development leads.
- Use tools and dashboards to automate measurement and show progress, risks, roadblocks, and process adherence.
- Shield teams from distractions and support product quality through unit, integration, and regression capabilities.
- Educate teams, project-office colleagues, and management on Agile software principles and practices.
Qualifications
