Role overview

Join the Enterprise EMEA team as a CDD Operations Analyst supporting customer due diligence and controlled onboarding.

New customer due diligence

  • Conduct CDD and EDD reviews for new enterprise customers, assessing corporate ownership structures, UBOs, and source of wealth or funds.
  • Gather and verify information from internal and external sources, including public registries, company filings, and reputable financial databases.
  • Prepare reports summarizing findings, risks, and recommendations.

Screening and ongoing reviews

  • Assess PEPs, potential sanctions matches, and adverse media using a risk-based approach.
  • Conduct periodic reviews and trigger-event reviews following ownership changes, unusual activity, negative media, or revised risk indicators.
  • Reassess customer records against regulatory and internal standards, escalate emerging risks, and maintain records for audit and regulatory scrutiny.

Quality and stakeholder management

  • Maintain accurate, complete, auditable reviews and disciplined case management to meet SLAs without compromising risk standards.
  • Recommend improvements to processes, controls, documentation, and workflow efficiency.
  • Guide internal stakeholders on due diligence requirements, timelines, and risks to support controlled onboarding.

Knowledge and collaboration

  • Stay current on AML, CDD/EDD, sanctions, financial-crime risks, regulatory changes, and industry practices.
  • Participate in training and share expertise and best practices with colleagues.

What you’ll bring

  • At least 3 years of CDD, KYC, AML, or financial-crime compliance experience in financial services, payments, or another regulated industry.
  • Proficiency in PEP, sanctions, and adverse-media screening and risk assessment.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; sound judgment and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Able to work in the office three days per week in a hybrid model.

Bonus experience and qualifications

  • Professional qualifications such as ICA Certificate in AML or ACAMS are a bonus.
  • Merchant acquiring, fintech compliance, correspondent banking, global regulatory frameworks, and CDD/KYC experience are bonuses.

Workplace

  • Hybrid working model with three days per week in the office.
