real estate professional services leaders
to scale their businesses in Dubai.
This is a
founder-level opportunity
for a professional with +10 years’ real estate industry experience across advisory services, brokerage, investment transactions, development, asset management, or capital markets, who is ready to startup or scale-up their own practice with the backing of a global strategic investor.
This venture is designed to support
developers, investors, family offices, and institutions
across the GCC with high-quality, independent, and commercially-driven real estate advice.

Who We’re Looking For
- **Dubai-based founders**
- (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
- +10 years’ experience in real estate professional services, including:
- Advisory, investment, development, or asset management
- Real Estate finance, capital markets, or structuring
- Strategic consulting within the built environment
- Real Estate brokerage
- People with a
- Proven ability to
- originate mandates
- and advise senior stakeholders (developers, investors, institutions, lenders, landlords, and family offices)
- Strong network across the UAE or GCC real estate ecosystem
- Commercial mindset with a clear vision for building a scalable advisory platform
- Leadership capability to build, grow, and lead a high-performance team
- Entrepreneurial — motivated to create and own a business, not operate within one
