The Opportunity
Hamilton Bradshaw, the private family office of investor and Dragons' Den star James Caan CBE, is partnering with real estate founders to scale their business in the UAE.
This is an opportunity for founders that are looking for a value-adding partner to invest into their business.
It is not an employment opportunity.

Who We're Looking For
- Dubai-based founders (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
- An established real estate advisory firm, boutique, or proven track record as a founder — with real mandates and revenue to point to
- 10+ years in real estate professional services across one or more of:
- Advisory
- Investment
- Development
- Asset management
- Real estate finance
- Capital markets
- Structuring
- Strategic consulting in the built environment
- Brokerage
- A proven ability to originate mandates and advise senior stakeholders — developers, investors, institutions, lenders, landlords, and family offices
- A strong network across the UAE or wider GCC real estate ecosystem
- A clear, commercial vision for taking your firm to the next stage — and the leadership to build a high-performing team around it
- Genuinely entrepreneurial — you've built something, and you're ready to scale it beyond what you can achieve on your own
