Hamilton Bradshaw is the private family office of James Caan CBE, one of the UK's most recognised entrepreneurs and a former Dragons' Den investor.

We partner with established M&A and corporate finance founders to scale their advisory platforms across the GCC.

This is a partnership between founders and a strategic investor.

It is not a job opening.

Who We're Looking For

  • Dubai-based founders (applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
  • An established advisory firm, corporate finance boutique, or proven track record as a founder — with real mandates and revenue to point to
  • 10+ years across one or more of:
  • M&A
  • Corporate finance
  • Deal advisory
  • Transaction services
  • Private equity advisory
  • Capital raising
  • Strategic growth advisory
  • Financial due diligence
  • Debt advisory
  • Family office advisory
  • A proven ability to originate mandates and advise senior decision-makers
  • Strong relationships across founders, family offices, investors, corporates, and financial institutions
  • A clear, commercial vision for taking your firm to the next stage — and the leadership to build a high-performing team around it
  • Genuinely entrepreneurial — you've built something, and you're ready to scale it beyond what you can achieve on your own
