Hamilton Bradshaw MENA is looking for experienced M&A and corporate finance entrepreneurs looking to build their own advisory platform in the GCC.
This is a unique venture-building opportunity for industry professionals with 10+ years’ experience across mergers & acquisitions, corporate finance, deal advisory, private equity, transaction services, or strategic growth advisory, who would like to build their business in partnership with a best-in-class strategic investor, from the MENA region.

Who We’re Looking For
Dubai-based founders or senior operators
(Applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)
Professionals with 10+ years’ experience across areas such as:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Corporate Finance
- Deal Advisory
- Transaction Services
- Private Equity Advisory
- Capital Raising
- Strategic Growth Advisory
- Financial Due Diligence
- Debt Advisory
- Family Office Advisory
Individuals with:
- A proven ability to originate mandates and advise senior decision-makers
- Strong relationships across founders, family offices, investors, corporates, and financial institutions
- A commercial mindset and clear vision for building a scalable advisory business
- Leadership capability to build and lead a high-performance team
- An entrepreneurial mentality — motivated to create and own a business, not simply operate within one
