Hamilton Bradshaw MENA is inviting an experienced Digital Transformation leader to co-found and build a specialist advisory firm in Dubai. This is a founder-level opportunity for a senior professional with 10+ years’ experience in consulting, digital transformation, data, AI strategy, or enterprise technology who is ready to create and scale their own consultancy with the backing of a global strategic investor.

This venture will help organisations across the Gulf accelerate transformation, adopt AI responsibly, modernise legacy systems, and build digital capabilities that improve efficiency, customer experience, and decision-making.

Who We’re Looking For

• Dubai-based founders (applications from outside Dubai will not be considered)
• 10+ years’ experience in:
• Digital transformation consulting
• AI strategy, data, analytics
• Technology, cloud, automation, or process re-engineering
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and drive complex transformation programmes
• Strong commercial mindset and vision for a scalable consulting firm
• Leadership capability to build, grow, and inspire a high-performance team
