Who We’re Looking For

• **Dubai-based founders**
• (applications from outside Dubai will not be considered)
• **10+ years’ experience**
• in:
• Digital transformation consulting
• AI strategy, data, analytics
• Technology, cloud, automation, or process re-engineering
• Proven ability to advise senior stakeholders and drive complex transformation programmes
• Strong commercial mindset and vision for a scalable consulting firm
• Leadership capability to build, grow, and inspire a high-performance team
