The SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management Manager role focuses on Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, and Learning modules.
Role responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements and processes and recommend or develop client solutions.
- Design, configure, and document SAP SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Help develop functional specifications for developments.
- Develop and maintain test scripts and scenarios and help test business processes.
- Support applications, system testing, and end-user training.
- Lead teams on SAP SuccessFactors projects.
Qualifications
- Configuration experience with Performance Management, Succession & Career Development Planning, and Learning management modules.
- Knowledge of integration points between SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Project.
- Cloud implementation methodology and project-planning experience, including at least four full-cycle implementations.
- Experience leading project teams in the specified SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Ability to interpret requirements and problems, recommend solutions, lead client workshops, and create documentation and training materials.
Compensation
- The stated salary range is CAD 112,400 to CAD 162,400; the posting does not specify a pay cadence.
- Eligible employees may have opportunities to participate in variable incentive pay programs.
