Role overview

SAP delivery responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP implementation and support projects; gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configure, test and deploy SAP modules in line with SAP standards and regulatory frameworks.
• Provide expertise across relevant SAP modules and drive stakeholder alignment and solution adoption.
• Run workshops and training sessions and conduct user acceptance testing.
• Ensure data integrity, security compliance and audit readiness across SAP environments.
• Contribute to solution architecture and continuous improvement; manage and mentor junior consultants and client-side teams.

SAP module areas

• Finance and controls: FI, CO, FM, GM and PSM.
• Logistics and supply chain: MM, WM/EWM, IM, SD, TM and GTS.
• Plant maintenance and assets: PM, EAM and CS.
• Projects and programmes: PS and PPM; human resources: HCM and SuccessFactors.
• Quality and compliance: QM and GRC; analytics: BW/4HANA and Analytics Cloud.
• Technology and integration: S/4HANA, BTP, PI/PO or Integration Suite, and Fiori.

Essential requirements

• At least 5 years of experience delivering SAP solutions in highly regulated environments.
• Deep functional expertise in at least three listed SAP modules.
• Understanding of procurement frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at senior and executive levels.
• SAP certification in one or more relevant modules is desirable.

Desirable experience

• Knowledge of ITIL, PRINCE2 or Agile delivery methodologies is desirable.
• Experience with SAP RISE or private-cloud deployments is desirable.
• A background in logistics, engineering or programme management is desirable.
