Job Summary

SAP ABAP Development

• Develop, customize, and maintain SAP ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF objects).
• Design and develop Classical, Interactive, and ALV Reports.
• Develop and maintain SmartForms, SAP Scripts, and Adobe Forms.
• Create and support interfaces using IDOCs, BAPIs, RFCs, and Web Services.
• Develop enhancements using User Exits, Customer Exits, BADIs, and Enhancement Framework.
• Perform debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and code optimization.
• Support data migration activities through BDC, LSMW, and custom upload programs.
• Develop and maintain CDS Views, AMDPs, and SAP HANA-based developments where applicable.

Technical Support

• Analyze and resolve SAP technical issues and production support tickets.
• Collaborate with functional consultants to understand business requirements and provide effective technical solutions.
• Conduct unit testing and support integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Prepare technical specifications, development documentation, and user manuals.
• Ensure all developments comply with SAP standards, security policies, and best practices.

SAP Integration & Enhancements

• Support integration across SAP modules including SD, MM, PP, FI, WM, and QM.
• Participate in SAP implementation, upgrade, migration, and enhancement projects.
• Assist in SAP S/4HANA migration and optimization initiatives.
• Recommend technical improvements and automation opportunities to enhance business processes.

Functional Understanding

• Basic understanding of business processes within SAP SD, MM, PP, FI, and related modules.
• Ability to work closely with functional consultants and end users.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• SAP ABAP Certification is an added advantage.

Experience

• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in SAP ABAP development and support.
• Experience working with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Cosmetics, Retail, or Distribution industries is preferred.
