Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the credit control team to ensure timely collections and adherence to credit policies
- Develop and implement credit control strategies to optimize cash flow and reduce bad debts
- Review and approve customer credit limits based on financial analysis and risk assessment
- Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure prompt follow-up on overdue payments
- Handle high-value and critical customer accounts, including escalations
- Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to align credit terms with business objectives
- Review customer account reconciliations and resolve disputes efficiently
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, company policies, and audit requirements
- Prepare and present MIS reports on receivables, aging, DSO, and risk exposure to management
- Negotiate payment plans and settlements with key customers when required
- Coordinate with legal teams on delinquent accounts and recovery actions
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes related to receivables
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in credit management processes and systems
- Pay: AED7,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
