Job Summary

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service while promoting and selling makeup, skincare, and beauty products. The role focuses on enhancing customer experience, achieving sales targets, and representing the brand professionally within retail outlets.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and provide personalized beauty consultations.
• Recommend suitable makeup, skincare, and beauty products based on customer needs.
• Demonstrate product application techniques and explain product benefits.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and hygiene standards at the counter/store.
• Monitor stock availability and coordinate replenishment.
• Stay updated on beauty trends, product knowledge, and new launches.
• Support in-store promotions, events, and brand campaigns.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve concerns professionally.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in cosmetics, skincare, beauty retail, or luxury retail preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Passion for beauty, makeup, and skincare products.
• Well-groomed appearance and professional attitude.
• Ability to work flexible retail shifts.
