Fitness Studio Manager / Operations Head – Job Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall operations and management of the fitness studio, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, customer satisfaction, and business growth.
• Manage studio staff including trainers, front desk executives, housekeeping, and support teams.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, scheduling, and performance management of employees.
• Ensure exceptional customer service standards and maintain high member engagement and retention.
• Monitor membership sales, renewals, revenue generation, and achievement of business targets.
• Handle client escalations, feedback, and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives to increase memberships.
• Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for equipment maintenance, procurement, and facility requirements.
• Ensure all fitness equipment and facilities are maintained in safe and operational condition.
• Monitor hygiene, cleanliness, health, and safety standards across the studio.
• Prepare operational reports, MIS reports, sales analysis, and business performance updates for management.
• Manage budgets, operational expenses, and cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and health & safety standards.
• Develop strategic partnerships and corporate tie-ups to support business expansion.
• Drive a positive workplace culture focused on teamwork, motivation, and customer experience.
• Support business development initiatives and identify opportunities for new services or studio expansion.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per month
