Role overview
Develop and support Salesforce and nCino banking solutions for commercial and retail banking processes.
Work closely with business analysts, product owners, architects, business stakeholders, and QA teams.
Workplace is hybrid in Toronto, Ontario.
Development and delivery
- Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce and nCino solutions; configure loan origination, onboarding, relationship management, and workflow automation.
- Build Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, Flows, and integrations.
- Develop and support OmniStudio OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, and Integration Procedures.
- Design REST/SOAP API and middleware integrations; support data migration, conversion, and deployments.
- Participate in code reviews and troubleshoot production issues to maintain platform performance and stability.
- Support SIT, UAT, production deployment, release management, environment management, and CI/CD.
- Prepare design documents, deployment runbooks, and support documentation; keep current with platform enhancements and practices.
Candidate requirements
- Hands-on Salesforce development and nCino implementation experience.
- Working knowledge of OmniStudio.
- Ability to deliver scalable banking solutions and translate stakeholder requirements into technical solutions.
Salary and benefits
- Annual salary is CAD $100,000–$130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
- Position is eligible for a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to plan terms.
