Role overview
Salesforce Business Systems Analyst working with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Salesforce project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers and architects on scalable Salesforce solutions; support UAT, testing, and production validation.
- Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery; support integrations, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid position requiring three days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Canada.
- Working arrangements may change based on project and business requirements.
Required qualifications
- At least five years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst and four years of Salesforce experience.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Agile/Scrum experience, including JIRA and Confluence; strong stakeholder communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred qualifications
- Salesforce certifications and banking or financial-services experience are preferred.
- Understanding of integrations and experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis are preferred.
Compensation
- Base salary range is stated as CAD 65,000–95,000 per annum, with eligibility for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits.
