Role overview
The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst works with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support successful Salesforce project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers and architects on scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support UAT, testing, and production validation.
- Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams through the delivery lifecycle.
- Support integration requirements, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- At least 4 years of Salesforce experience working with business and technical teams.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Agile/Scrum experience, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Additional qualifications
- Salesforce certifications are helpful.
- Banking or financial services experience is helpful.
- Understanding of integrations and experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis are helpful.
Work model
- Hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Canada.
Salary and compensation
- Base salary is CAD $65,000–$95,000 per year.
- Position is eligible for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits.
