Role overview
The Salesforce Business Systems Analyst works with business and technical teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and support Salesforce project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Collaborate with developers and architects on scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Support UAT, testing activities, and production validation.
- Coordinate stakeholders and technical teams throughout delivery.
- Support integration requirements, reporting, dashboards, and data analysis.
Work model
- Hybrid position requiring three days per week at a client or Cognizant office in Toronto.
- Working arrangements may change based on project and business requirements.
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst.
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience working with business and technical teams.
- Experience gathering and documenting requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum, including JIRA and Confluence.
- Strong stakeholder communication, coordination, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Additional helpful qualifications
- Salesforce certifications, banking or financial services experience, integration knowledge, and reporting, dashboard, or data-analysis experience will help candidates stand out.
Compensation
- Base salary range is CAD $65,000 to $95,000 per annum.
- The position is eligible for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits.
