Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical needs.
• Configure Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, and Identity Resolution processes.
• Build and maintain ingestion pipelines and API integrations, using MuleSoft connectivity where required.
• Develop transformations, calculated insights, data graphs, segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
• Support administration, deployments, environment management, operational excellence, governance, and Customer 360 integration.

Work model

• Hybrid role requiring attendance at a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Required qualifications

• Strong experience designing and developing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Data Streams, Data Lake Objects, Data Model Objects, and Identity Resolution.
• Experience building ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines using APIs and MuleSoft connectivity.
• Experience with segmentation, calculated insights, data graphs, and Customer 360 implementations.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployments, production validation, and Salesforce operational support.

Compensation

• Base salary is $77,000 to $125,000 CAD per annum, with placement depending on relevant qualifications and experience.
• The position is eligible for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits.
