Role overview

Responsibilities

• Design and implement Salesforce Data Cloud solutions aligned with business and technical requirements.
• Configure and manage Data Streams, Data Lake Objects (DLOs), Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Identity Resolution processes.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines and integrations using APIs and MuleSoft connectivity where required.
• Design data transformations, calculated insights, data graphs, audience segmentation strategies, and customer journeys.
• Support Data Cloud administration, deployment, environment management, operational excellence, data governance, and Customer 360 integration.

Work model

• Hybrid role requiring attendance at a client or Cognizant office in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

Required qualifications

• Strong experience designing and developing solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Hands-on expertise with Data Streams, DLOs, DMOs, and Identity Resolution.
• Experience building data ingestion, integration, and transformation pipelines using APIs and MuleSoft connectivity.
• Proven experience with customer segmentation, calculated insights, data graphs, and Customer 360 implementations.
• Experience supporting SIT, UAT, deployment activities, production validation, and operational support in Salesforce environments.

Additional experience

• Customer journey development, Data Cloud governance, security, data quality, and performance optimization are helpful.
• Configuration of Data Cloud environments, sandboxes, permission sets, and Data Kits is helpful.
• Runbook, operational procedure, and technical support documentation skills are helpful.
• Collaboration and stakeholder management with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and cross-functional teams are helpful.

Salary and compensation

• Base salary ranges from CAD $77,000 to $125,000 per annum.
• The role is eligible for a discretionary annual performance-based bonus and benefits.
