Salesforce Business Systems Analyst role based in Toronto, Ontario.
Hybrid work model; two days per week in person at the Toronto office is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Bridge business requirements and technical solution design for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
- Gather requirements and create user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, developers, and QA teams.
- Design, develop, test, and customize Salesforce solutions across Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex.
- Support Agile/Scrum delivery, UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation.
Required qualifications
- 10+ years of overall IT experience, including strong Salesforce Business Analyst experience in enterprise-scale implementations.
- Strong Salesforce development background with hands-on Lightning, Aura Components, and Apex experience.
- Strong requirements gathering, business analysis, stakeholder management, user story, and functional specification experience.
- Understanding of Salesforce configuration, customization, data models, workflows, integrations, and application architecture.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer applications or engineering.
Preferred qualifications
- Banking or financial services domain experience is preferred.
- Agile/Scrum delivery experience, including backlog refinement, UAT, defect analysis, and production implementation, is preferred.
- Salesforce certifications are preferred.
