The Data & Analytics Leader will shape and grow enterprise transformation programs across the financial-services sector.
The role spans data strategy, analytics, AI, consulting, business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership.
What you will do
- Build executive and senior technology relationships; advise clients on data, analytics, AI, governance, modernization, and operating models.
- Translate business challenges into roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes; lead workshops and strategic discussions.
- Grow Data, Analytics, and AI services from opportunity qualification through proposal, negotiation, and closure.
- Shape consulting engagements, lead RFPs and proposals, and build opportunities with account teams and partners.
- Define target-state strategies for cloud data platforms, data products, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, governance, and responsible AI.
- Oversee opportunities through delivery and value realization; lead and mentor global cross-functional teams.
- Develop reusable offerings, architectures, case studies, estimators, executive narratives, and delivery playbooks.
What you bring
- 18+ years across data, analytics, AI, consulting, and enterprise transformation, including leadership of large-scale programs.
- Deep expertise in enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, operating models, data products, and modernization.
- Strong data engineering knowledge, including ETL/ELT, integration, APIs, orchestration, data quality, observability, DataOps, and platform engineering.
- Experience leading analytics and BI initiatives, including reporting, self-service analytics, semantic layers, advanced analytics, and decision intelligence.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, Generative AI, Agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, responsible AI, and AI-led transformation.
- Experience defining enterprise solutions across cloud platforms, Databricks, Snowflake, and other modern data platforms.
- Financial-services knowledge spanning compliance, privacy, security, resilience, auditability, and risk management.
- Consulting, business development, presales, solutioning, proposals, pricing support, and executive stakeholder experience.
- Ability to lead global cross-functional teams and engage senior business leaders.
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required; a master's degree, MBA, and relevant certifications are preferred.
