Seeks an experienced Data & Analytics Leader to shape and grow enterprise transformation programs across financial services.
Combines data strategy, analytics, AI, consulting, business development, executive advisory, and delivery leadership.
What you will do
- Build relationships with business executives and senior technology leaders; advise clients on data strategy, analytics, AI, governance, modernization, and operating models.
- Turn business challenges into transformation roadmaps, investment priorities, and measurable outcomes; lead workshops, discovery sessions, and steering discussions.
- Grow services through opportunity identification, qualification, proposals, negotiation, and closure; shape engagement solutions, commercial approaches, and delivery roadmaps.
- Lead RFPs and proposals and develop joint opportunities with account teams, partners, technology providers, and consulting practices.
- Define target-state strategies for cloud data platforms, data products, analytics, AI/ML, GenAI, governance, and responsible AI.
- Oversee opportunities from shaping and mobilization through delivery, governance, and value realization.
- Lead and mentor consulting, architecture, engineering, analytics, and AI teams across locations.
- Develop reusable offerings, reference architectures, case studies, estimators, executive narratives, and delivery playbooks.
What you bring
- 18+ years across data, analytics, AI, consulting, and enterprise transformation, including leadership of large-scale programs.
- Expertise in enterprise data strategy, architecture, governance, operating models, data products, and modernization.
- Strong understanding of data engineering, integration, APIs, orchestration, data quality, observability, DataOps, and platform engineering.
- Experience leading analytics and BI initiatives, including enterprise reporting, self-service analytics, semantic layers, and decision intelligence.
- Knowledge of AI, machine learning, GenAI, Agentic AI, MLOps/LLMOps, responsible AI, and AI-led transformation.
- Experience with cloud platforms, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern data platforms.
- Knowledge of financial-services compliance, privacy, security, resilience, auditability, and risk management.
- Success in consulting, business development, presales, proposals, pricing support, and executive stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead global, cross-functional teams and engage senior business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline required; master’s degree, MBA, and relevant certifications are preferred.
