The Salesforce Business Analyst / Product Owner joins the Salesforce / Business Applications Team.
The role bridges business stakeholders and technical teams, translates requirements into solutions, manages product priorities, and drives continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document stakeholder requirements; translate needs into user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
- Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and priorities.
- Collaborate with developers, Salesforce administrators, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate requirements workshops, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and other Agile activities.
- Support functional testing, UAT, and solution validation.
- Identify improvements to business processes, Salesforce functionality, and operational efficiency.
- Align business requirements, technical solutions, and project deliverables; manage stakeholder expectations and communicate priorities and progress.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 3–5+ years of relevant experience in business analysis, product ownership, or business applications management.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM, requirements gathering, user stories, acceptance criteria, backlog management, and prioritization.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum and software development life cycles; experience coordinating UAT, functional testing, and solution delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills; able to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
