Location and work arrangement

  • The role is onsite in Dubai, UAE, with regular travel to Abu Dhabi.

Contract

  • The contract is for 12 months, with potential for extension.

Eligibility

  • Visa sponsorship is unavailable; candidates must independently secure appropriate visa and work authorization.
  • Preference is given to candidates who already hold a valid Golden Visa or are willing and eligible to obtain a freelance visa with the required business license and permits.

Key responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements.
  • Bridge business stakeholders, clients, and technical teams.
  • Support identification and development of suitable solutions based on client requirements.
  • Participate in client meetings, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions.
  • Support pre-sales activities, including RFP responses, bid preparation, and proposals.
  • Work across multiple projects and industry verticals as required.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to clarify requirements and support solution delivery.
  • Communicate business needs and technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders.
  • Travel regularly to Abu Dhabi as required.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Around five or more years of experience in business analysis, technical business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English is mandatory.
  • Good understanding of technical concepts, systems, and business processes.
  • Experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Strong communication and client management skills.
  • Ability to understand business challenges and contribute to identifying suitable solutions.
  • Exposure to pre-sales, RFPs, bids, or proposal preparation is an advantage.
  • Ability to work across multiple projects and collaborate with different teams.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Dubai and travel regularly to Abu Dhabi.
