Role overview

Own setup, development, and day-to-day administration of a real estate developer’s Salesforce CRM.

Support sales processes, integrations, data quality, reporting, and user adoption.

Responsibilities

  • Configure lead and opportunity processes, stages, criteria, fields, loss reasons, tasks, and reminders.
  • Set up separate direct-customer and broker or agency workflows where required.
  • Configure lead conversion while preserving source, history, and ownership.
  • Connect customers, brokers, opportunities, projects, and units in the data model.
  • Automate follow-ups, inactivity monitoring, and manager escalations.
  • Audit and integrate agreed channels and lead sources, including email, telephony, WhatsApp, websites, advertising forms, and event registrations.
  • Enable CRM communications where supported and maintain communication history.
  • Associate repeat inquiries with customers, prevent duplicates, and preserve source, UTM, campaign, and project-interest data.
  • Configure notifications and confirmations while respecting consent and unsubscribe preferences.
  • Monitor and reprocess integration failures without duplicates; assess compatibility, licensing, and connector costs.
  • Implement lead assignment rules by project, language, source, team, availability, and workload, accounting for reassignment and exceptions.

Requirements

  • Fluent Russian for requirements gathering, solution discussions, and employee training.
  • Hands-on independent Salesforce configuration and maintenance experience; 3+ years is a preferred guideline, not a strict requirement.
  • Strong Sales Cloud knowledge and understanding of standard and custom Salesforce data models.
  • Experience with Flow, validation and assignment rules, queues, access management, reports, and dashboards.
  • API and webhook integration experience, including troubleshooting, repeated requests, and duplicate prevention.
  • Apex and SOQL skills for reading, troubleshooting, modifying logic, and writing tests.
  • Experience with data imports, cleansing, bulk updates, sandboxes, deployments, and code version control.
  • Ability to translate business needs, estimate effort, and explain solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
  • English sufficient for technical documentation and support-team communication.
  • Nice to have: real estate development, channel integrations, complex routing and response metrics, integration platforms, automation tools, Lightning Web Components, or Salesforce certifications.

Benefits

  • Collaborative, fast-growing team.
  • Professional growth and career development opportunities.
