About the Position

We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented Travel Sales Agent to join our expanding team.

The successful candidate will play a key role in assisting clients with their travel planning needs, delivering outstanding service, and driving sales growth through tailored travel solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on travel options and assist with bookings for flights, hotels, holiday packages, visas, transportation, tours, and other travel-related services.
  • Assess customer requirements and recommend personalized travel itineraries and packages that best suit their preferences and budget.
  • Provide accurate destination information, travel guidance, and recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Manage customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process reservations, and coordinate booking amendments or cancellations efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships to foster customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business.
  • Address and resolve customer concerns, travel disruptions, and service-related issues professionally and promptly.
  • Keep up to date with travel destinations, industry developments, promotional offers, and emerging travel trends.
  • Maintain accurate records of reservations, customer communications, and sales transactions.
  • Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales objectives.

Qualifications And Requirements

  • Fluency in both Arabic and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • At least one (1) year of proven experience in the travel and tourism sector.
  • Strong understanding of travel products, global destinations, and reservation systems.
  • Proficiency in using online booking engines, GDS platforms, and travel management tools.
  • Excellent sales, negotiation, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple bookings and client requests simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational abilities, and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional appearance and a customer-centric approach.
