About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven **Sales Agent** to join our growing team.
In this role, you will assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements while delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with flight, hotel, holiday package, visa, transportation, and tour bookings.
- Understand customer travel needs and recommend suitable travel packages and itineraries.
- Provide professional travel advice and destination information.
- Handle inquiries, quotations, reservations, and booking modifications efficiently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
- Resolve customer concerns and travel-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay updated on travel products, destinations, promotions, and industry trends.
Requirements
- Fluent in **Arabic and English** (spoken and written).
- Minimum **3 years of experience** in the travel and tourism industry.
- Strong knowledge of travel products, destinations, and reservation systems.
- Experience using online booking platforms and travel reservation tools.
- Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple bookings simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, customer interactions, and sales activities.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
