Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking **Driver cum Office Boy** to support daily office operations.
The role combines driving responsibilities with office support duties, including maintaining office cleanliness, serving refreshments, and ensuring office supplies are adequately stocked.
Driving Duties
- Safely transport staff, documents, and materials as required.
- Deliver and collect documents, packages, and office supplies.
- Ensure the company vehicle is clean and properly maintained.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company policies at all times.
Office Boy Duties
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and other refreshments to guests and employees.
- Monitor office and pantry supplies and replenish stock when needed.
- Assist with setting up meeting rooms and preparing refreshments for meetings.
- Support general office tasks and errands as assigned.
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving license.
- Previous experience as a driver and/or office boy is preferred.
- Good knowledge of UAE roads and locations.
- Basic English communication skills.
- Neat, professional, and courteous demeanor.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to multitask.
