We are currently seeking a highly organized and proactive **Customer Service Agent** to join our team.
This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of daily travel operations.
Job Description
- s:
- Giving clients travel destination advise
- Assisting customers in creating reasonable travel budgets and trying to create packages that fit those budgets
- Finding the greatest offers on travel, dining, lodging, and activities by researching fares and rates
- Teaching customers about security and safety while they travel
- Identifying the required vaccinations and travel documents
- Confirming travel arrangements with customers and making any modifications
- Helping to resolve unforeseen obstacles, including canceled flights or trouble making hotel reservations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Experience
- outbound tarvel: 2 years (Preferred)
