About This Role

Job Overview:

Dopamine Travel and Tourism is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Specialist to support our hotel supply operations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing supplier relationships, maintaining accurate inventory and rates, supporting contracting processes, and ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams and hotel partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the hotel inventory master sheet within the HIS system
• Manage hotel rate updates on OTM and implement stop-sale actions when required
• Support the sales team with special booking requests
• Create and track pre-bookings for early-bird opportunities
• Conduct benchmarking and market comparisons to ensure competitive positioning
• Communicate with new hotel partners to request rates and establish relationships
• Maintain hotel contracts and follow up to ensure timely completion and signatures
• Ensure continuity of supply and competitiveness of hotel rates

Requirements & Core Competencies:

• Experience in purchasing, hotel contracting, or travel industry operations is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and rates
• Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of market dynamics
• Highly organized with strong documentation and tracking skills

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
