1. Team Performance Monitoring & KPI Management
- Lead by example by demonstrating best practices in the field, jumping into sales meetings, and helping the team close complex deals for both our software services and hardware solutions.
- Monitor the field sales team's daily and weekly activities to ensure they are on track to hit their targets.
- Analyze current performance metrics and suggest improvements to KPI structures to match market changes and SaaS/POS sales dynamics.
- Identify performance gaps and create customized action plans to improve the team's selling and negotiation skills.

- Achieving Sales Targets & Driving New Business:
- Ensure the team fully achieves all required monthly sales targets (revenue and volume).
- Meet the specific target for bringing in new customers each month to expand the company's market footprint

- Drive sales across all services and products offered by the company, ensuring the team promotes our entire portfolio, including ERP services, software applications, and POS hardware equipment.
3. Managing Partnerships & Agencies
- Oversee and guide the team in managing both new and existing partnerships/agencies to maximize indirect sales.
- Support partners in the field to resolve challenges and help them close co-selling opportunities successfully.
- Evaluate partner performance regularly and suggest ways to motivate them for better results.
4. Account Retention & Revenue Growth
- Maintain and protect renewal accounts, working closely with the team to ensure ERP and SaaS subscriptions are renewed on time, minimizing customer churn.
- Increase sales opportunities within existing accounts by encouraging the team to bundle software with POS hardware, utilizing effective upselling and cross-selling strategies.
- Maintain a healthy and strong sales pipeline to ensure a steady stream of new business opportunities.
5. Reporting & CRM Compliance
- Ensure the team strictly logs all activities, customer visits, hardware orders, and updates into the CRM system.
- Prepare and present periodic performance reports (weekly/monthly) showing sales achievements, new customer acquisition rates, renewal status, and data-driven insights.
Education & Experience
- **Experience:**
- (2 – 5) years of experience in a sales leadership, supervisory, or team lead role, with a solid background in B2B field sales.
- **Industry Knowledge:**
- Proven experience in selling ERP services, SaaS solutions, and POS hardware systems, with a strong understanding of subscription models and the Saudi market (especially retail and SMEs).
- **KPI & Performance Management:**
- Strong knowledge of how to design, evaluate, and structure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for sales teams.
- **Languages**
- : Fluent Arabic and very good professional English.
- Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia.
- Open to Saudi nationals and Egyptians residing in Saudi Arabia.
Technical Skills
Advanced skills in using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and the ability to analyze sale data to make strategic decisions.
