Job Summary

In this role, The Key Account Sales Team Leader will be responsible for building and managing strategic partnerships with key hospital accounts, strengthening our market presence, and driving sustainable business growth across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital stakeholders and key decision-makers
  • Identify, develop, and maximize business opportunities within key accounts
  • Execute strategic account plans aligned with company objectives
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets while enhancing overall account performance
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with medical, marketing, and supply chain teams
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulations and company policies

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in pharmaceutical sales, preferably within hospital accounts
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Solid understanding of the healthcare landscape in KSA
  • Fluency in English.
