The Sales Team Leader is responsible for leading and developing a team of consultants (sales) handling real estate and investment-based solutions.
The role focuses on driving sales performance, supporting the team in managing client opportunities, and ensuring successful deal closures.
The Team Leader plays a key role in guiding consultants, monitoring performance, and maintaining high service standards, while contributing to the achievement of team and company sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the consultant’s team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Support consultants in managing the full sales cycle, from client consultation to successful deal closure.
- Oversee client engagement across real estate services, ensuring professional handling of inquiries through calls, meetings, and emails.
- Guide the team in identifying client needs and recommending suitable real estate solutions
- Actively support the team in closing deals and handling high-value or complex cases.
- Monitor team performance, track KPIs, and implement performance improvement plans (PIPs) when needed.
- Provide ongoing coaching, training, and direction to enhance team capabilities and productivity.
- Handle escalations, complex cases, and client complaints to ensure effective resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Participate in sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to support business growth.
- Analyze market trends, opportunities, and sales performance to support decision-making.
- Prepare and submit regular performance reports to management.
- Represent the company in events, exhibitions, and client meetings, including occasional travel when required.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, finance or a related field.
- 5 – 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in real estate, or investment advisory.
- Minimum 2 – 3 years of experience in a team leadership or supervisory role.
- Strong understanding of sales cycles, client management, and deal closure processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams and consistently achieve sales targets.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track performance and drive improvements.
- Ability to handle complex client cases and provide effective solutions.
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel when required.
