Role Description
We are looking for a full-time, on-site Sales Team Lead based in Jeddah.
The Sales Team Lead will oversee and guide the sales team while developing strong partnerships with sports organizations, clubs, academies, coaches, and sports communities.
This role combines field sales, partnership development, account management, and team leadership.
The ideal candidate should be able to acquire new partners, follow up after onboarding, monitor team KPIs, and actively contribute to WoovClub’s growth
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team, including follow-up on tasks, performance, and KPIs.
- Drive field sales initiatives across Jeddah and nearby cities.
- Acquire sports facilities, academies, clubs, coaches, and communities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners and clients.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to increase partner acquisition and platform activity.
- Support partner onboarding and ensure smooth activation after joining the platform.
- Track market trends, sales performance, and partner engagement.
- Coordinate with internal teams to improve partner experience and operational efficiency.
- Support sports events, tournaments, and community activations when needed.
Qualifications
- Strong sales experience with a proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets.
- Experience in team management with the ability to motivate and guide junior team members.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Advanced analytical skills to assess market data, performance metrics, and KPIs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work on-site in Jeddah and conduct field visits.
- Familiarity with the sports industry, clubs, academies, or sports partnerships is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
