Aaban Services is seeking a target-driven Sales Team Leader to lead and grow sales operations across the UAE.
The company provides pest control, water tank cleaning, anti-termite, building cleaning, facility, and maintenance services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the sales team across Ajman, Sharjah, Dubai, and Fujairah.
- Generate business for pest control and water tank cleaning AMCs, anti-termite contracts, and cleaning and facility services.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Build relationships with real estate, contracting, restaurant, education, warehouse, factory, residential, and commercial clients.
- Conduct market visits and client meetings; prepare quotations and proposals.
- Follow up on leads, renewals, and payment recovery.
- Monitor CRM/Odoo updates, maintain reporting, and submit daily and weekly reports to management.
- Train and motivate the sales team and develop AMC-focused strategies for recurring business.
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years of UAE sales experience.
- Strong knowledge of the UAE market; excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong leadership and team management ability; able to work under pressure and achieve targets.
- Experience in pest control, cleaning, facilities management, or maintenance is preferred.
- A valid UAE driving license is preferred; CRM/Odoo experience is an advantage.
Compensation
- Full-time role with a monthly salary of AED 2,000–3,000, plus competitive commission and performance incentives.
