Sales Executive

Role overview

Responsibilities

• Conduct outdoor sales visits; generate B2B and B2C leads and build relationships with commercial customers.
• Arrange customer meetings and site inspections; promote the company's pest control, tank cleaning, anti-termite, and cleaning services.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals; negotiate prices and close contracts.
• Secure new annual maintenance contracts; follow up on renewals and pending customer payments.
• Maintain lead and sales records in Odoo CRM; coordinate service scheduling with operations.
• Submit daily activity and weekly sales reports and achieve monthly sales targets.

Activity targets and performance measures

• Daily targets include 15–20 outdoor customer visits, 40 customer calls and follow-ups, five qualified leads, and three site inspections or client meetings.
• Daily targets also include five quotations and following up on each quotation within 24 hours.
• Performance measures include monthly sales, new AMC contract value, new B2B customers, quotation conversion, customer visits, renewals, payment collection, and Odoo reporting compliance.

Candidate requirements

• At least 2–3 years of outdoor sales experience in the UAE and good knowledge of the UAE market and business areas.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to work independently and achieve monthly targets.
• Good command of English. Hindi or Urdu is preferred; Arabic is advantageous.
• Basic knowledge of CRM, email, Microsoft Office, and sales reporting; Odoo knowledge is advantageous.
• Experience in pest control, cleaning, facility management, maintenance, or technical services is preferred.
• The candidate requirements call a UAE driving licence preferred, while the title calls it required. Field sales experience of one year is separately marked preferred.
