Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in the Riyadh Region. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for fostering strong customer relationships, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key daily tasks include identifying and acquiring new clients, providing product knowledge and training to customers, managing sales accounts, executing effective sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams for seamless operations.
Qualifications
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and understand their needs
- Strong Sales and Sales Management skills to meet sales targets, drive revenue, and manage account relationships
- Experience in Training and providing product knowledge to customers
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in basic business software, including Microsoft Office
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related Engineering field
- Knowledge of the construction or building materials industry is an advantage
