  • Manage a portfolio of high‑net‑worth clients, investors, and premium buyers.
  • Conduct private property tours, lifestyle‑focused presentations, and investment consultations.
  • Provide expert guidance on pricing, ROI, market trends, and community insights.
  • Negotiate high‑value offers and close transactions with professionalism and discretion.
  • Build long‑term relationships with developers, partners, and VIP clients.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and follow company sales processes.
  • Deliver exceptional service aligned with luxury market expectations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in **luxury real estate sales** or high‑end client services.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build trust with high‑net‑worth individuals and international clients.
  • Professional appearance and strong business etiquette.
  • Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently.
  • Valid UAE driving license and access to a car.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Arabic, Russian, Mandarin, French, etc.) are an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of the Abu Dhabi luxury real estate market is preferred.
