- Our ideal candidate has experience in Cement industry.
- Additional experience in Lime is an advantage.
- Additionally, we are looking for:
- A network with customers in Middle East & Africa in the above-mentioned industries
- 8-10 years of experience working for a Cement producer
- The necessary technical skills to manage customer relations
- Result orientation and the motivation to go for new challenges
- Very good English skills (a must for working in a very international team), knowledge of French and/or Arabic is an advantage
- Experience with CRM is an asset
- Hands on attitude is very welcomed
About the job
- The main purpose of this job is to manage Sales in the respective region, throughout the whole process: from detecting the opportunity on the market to the payment of the invoice.
- The position will be based in Dubai, and it will require flexibility to travel of about 50% of the working time.
- As a Sales Specialist, you are responsible for Cement market in selected countries in the Middle East & Africa.
- You detect opportunities and quote, you negotiate with the different stakeholders at our customers, you connect with experts internally to be able to provide solutions to customers.
- Establishing sustainable relationships with the customer will help you be successful.
- Where needed, you provide technical consultancy.
- Sales forecasts, demand planning & management of receivables is part of your role as well.
