Role Overview
The Reservation Agent is the first live voice a prospective client hears from OVO.
The role converts incoming and assigned leads into confirmed bookings and appointments by phone and WhatsApp.
The role focuses on contacting leads, securing bookings, confirming them, and recording activity accurately.
Key Responsibilities
- Review new and assigned leads in the CRM throughout each day and action them by priority.
- Contact leads by phone and secure confirmed bookings and appointments using the approved call script.
- Confirm, remind, and reschedule appointments to minimize no-shows and keep the calendar accurate.
- Respond promptly and professionally to incoming client emails.
- Handle incoming calls and assist with booking, scheduling, and general enquiries.
- Record every call, email, and outcome accurately on the same day.
Role Scope
The role does not qualify client budgets or negotiate pricing.
The role does not close sales or handle pricing objections beyond the approved script.
The role does not manage the client relationship after the booking is handed off.
Performance Indicators
Performance includes outbound calls per day and the percentage of assigned leads successfully reached.
Performance includes booking rate, speed-to-lead, and no-show rate.
Requirements and Skills
- Candidates need a clear, confident, and courteous phone manner.
- Fluent spoken Arabic and English are stated as strongly preferred and later listed as required.
- Candidates should be comfortable making a high volume of calls and remaining persistent.
- Working knowledge of CRM, calendar, and spreadsheet tools is required.
- Candidates should be organized, reliable, and accurate with data entry.
- Prior telesales, reservations, or customer-service experience is preferred but not essential.
- Interest in fashion, luxury, or client-facing service is advantageous.
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation
- Pay is AED 3,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Workplace
- Work is performed in person.
